Working in one of our fields is  Cosmetic Surgery in the Los Angeles area, a ruthless tough market indeed. Issues including (but not limited to) slanderous or erroneous websites (hoisted by the competition) using outsourced means. Reviews obviously posted by the competition often leading back (softly) to another service. Also blatant misleading or malicious  reviews with no merit left unflagging of without any response or call to merit.
