reputation management

If you, or your business’s  SEO strategy does not include reputation management or review management you are looking at a potential black hole of lost revenue. We have faced some of the most challenging negative aspects of reputation management. Most of review management is working with you and your clients to developing a positive atmosphere of your business or service on the web, however…

Working in one of our fields is  Cosmetic Surgery in the Los Angeles area, a ruthless tough market indeed. Issues including (but not limited to) slanderous or erroneous websites (hoisted by the competition) using outsourced means. Reviews obviously posted by the competition often leading back (softly) to another service. Also blatant misleading or malicious  reviews with no merit left unflagging of without any response or call to merit.

If you have, or are dealing with any adverse reputation issues we are here to help. Legitimate reviews of your business/service  good or bad  are all part of dealing with the internet world of instant response.  There will be issues (We have one with DELL at the moment ! LOL) but undue, unwatched/moderated reputation factors can kill whatever good is happening at the “front door”
